Rules and Regulations
Udaan – An Initiative of Techno India Group
Location: Mankundu Garerdhar, Hooghly (Former Techno India Public School Campus)
At Udaan, we are committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and secure learning and wellness environment. All participants, students, parents, faculty, and visitors are expected to follow the guidelines below to ensure the smooth functioning of our programs.
General Conduct
1. Respect and discipline must be maintained at all times within the campus premises.
2. Offensive behavior, abusive language, or discrimination of any kind (on the basis of age, gender, disability, or background) will not be tolerated.
3. Participants must cooperate with staff and follow instructions provided by the coordinators or faculty.
Attendance & Punctuality
1. Regular attendance is mandatory for all enrolled courses, seminars, and therapy sessions.
2. Participants must report at least 10 minutes before their scheduled session or class.
3. In case of absence, prior intimation must be given to the office or respective coordinator.
Dress Code
1. All participants are expected to wear modest and comfortable clothing suitable for educational or wellness activities.
2. For practical sessions appropriate attire should be worn as advised.
Fees and Payments
1. Course and session fees must be paid in advance or as per the scheduled payment plan.
2. All payments are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances approved by the management.
3. Receipt of payment should be preserved and produced when asked.
Mobile Phones and Devices
1. Mobile phones should be switched off or kept on silent mode during classes or sessions.
2. No audio/video recording is allowed without prior permission from the management.
Property and Environment
1. Maintain cleanliness and avoid littering within the campus.
2. Any damage to property or equipment will result in penalty or replacement cost.
3. Respect the natural and peaceful environment of the campus.
Privacy and Confidentiality
1. Personal information shared during therapy or counseling will be kept strictly confidential.
2. Participants are advised not to discuss other individuals' issues or sessions publicly.
Safety and Emergency
1. In case of any medical or psychological emergency, please contact the front office immediately.
2. Fire exits and emergency protocols must be followed as instructed.
Parental Involvement (for child programs)
1. Parents/guardians must attend orientation sessions and reviews when invited.
2. Any behavioral concern must be discussed respectfully with the team for collaborative intervention.
Termination of Services
Udaan reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any participant who:
- Violates the rules repeatedly - Shows aggression or non-cooperation
- Misuses the platform or creates disruption
Note:
All rules are subject to revision by the Udaan management as per need. Cooperation from all stakeholders is expected to uphold the values and mission of the institution.
